I’m so glad I had the opportunity to meet Blair! I traveled to New Zealand from the USA to visit my daughter Sarah, Rod and family this past January. What a fantastic experience!
It was a joy spending some time with Blair. He was always happy and welcomed me with open arms. We took a picture together you can see in the photo page. I wish I would have had more time with him.
My wife Katarina and I are praying for the whole family. Big hugs from Arkansas USA
Dear Judy, Jo, Rob, Andy, and the entire family,
We are deeply sorry for your loss of Blair. You must miss him so incredibly much.
I first met Blair in September 1992, and from that moment I got to know him as a wonderful, warm, and kind person. From the very beginning, he made me feel like part of the family. The bond we built only grew stronger over the years.
In 2000, Judy and Blair made the special effort to travel to our wedding in Provence, France, something we will never forget. Not long after, we returned to New Zealand and later on my parents were welcomed with the same warmth and hospitality as we have experiencedII I will always be grateful to Blair and Judy for giving them one of the most beautiful trips of their lives.
Blair and Judy later visited us again in the Netherlands, creating more precious memories that we will cherish forever.
We will hold on to all the wonderful memories of Blair. It is so beautiful that you were able to have him with you for so long.
Wishing you strength, comfort, and love in the time ahead.
Just like the waves come and go , may the most beautiful memories of Blair remain as a steady course in your hearts.
With love, Petra and Gerben

I am so grateful for the chance to have gotten to know my father-in-law over these past few months. He welcomed me into the family with such warmth and kindness, and I will always treasure the time we shared together.
The moments we spent with him in his final days are memories I will hold close forever. I am thankful for the role he played in my life and for the love and support he showed me. He will be deeply missed.
